Oats&Whey is a delicious blend based on whey proteins (Whey), whole oats that provide carbohydrates with slow absorption, zinc, magnesium, manganese, iron and B vitamins, being also rich in fiber, namely beta-glucans, and with only 1.3g of sugars per serving.
