Description

It presents an exclusive association of Magnesium of marine and vegetable origin, from sea lettuce. Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and for the normal functioning of the nervous and muscular system. Magnesium and Vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.Vegetable extracts provide B vitamins, 100% vegetal in origin, with an optimized absorption.

How to Use

Adults and children from 6 years of age: Take 1 tablet a day with breakfast, with a large glass of water. Adults with higher levels of deficiency: Take 2 tablets a day (1 in the morning and one in the evening).
