How to Use

Take 1 capsule daily, with a main meal, with a glass of water.

Do not take in case of allergy to any of the constituents of the supplement.Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.Keep out of the reach and sight of children.Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.Taking antibiotics ( tetracyclines and quinolones) should be as far away as possible from taking zinc supplements. Not recommended for children under 11 years of age.
