Take 1 stick per day, directly in the mouth or diluted in water. In cases of greater need, you can take up to 2 sticks per day.

Hydrolyzed collagen (5 g), glucosamine sulfate (1.05 g), chondroitin sulfate (0.45 g), turmeric extract (1 g), hyaluronic acid (25 mg) and vitamin C (80 mg, equivalent to 100% of the nutrient reference value).
