Description

Arkosono Forte 8H ensures an effect throughout the entire night thanks to its innovative formula with a high concentration: melatonin with rapid and prolonged release for 8 hours and plant extracts recognized for their relaxing and sleep-supporting properties.

Arkopharma Laboratories developed Arkosono® Forte 8H, the 1st product based on natural ingredients that help with sleep and supported by the principles of chronobiology, providing melatonin in double, rapid and prolonged release.

Arkosono Forte 8H, thanks to double-layer tablet technology, achieves:
• Provide the optimal dose of melatonin in rapid release (1mg) and prolonged release (0.9mg) for a full night from bedtime to waking up.
• The high concentration of plants recognized for their relaxing and sleep-promoting properties (Passiflora and Valeriana), and present in the quick-release layer and California Poppy, present in the prolonged-release layer, which helps to reduce nighttime awakenings.

This product is well tolerated and does not cause habituation or drowsiness upon awakening.

How to Use

Recommended daily intake
Reserved for Adults.
1 tablet per day, one hour before going to sleep, with a large glass of water.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.

This effect is achieved by taking 1 mg before bed.

Recommendations
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding and in case of hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the constituents of the formulation.
It is not recommended to associate it with alcohol, as it reduces the effectiveness of melatonin in terms of time for falling asleep.
If you are undergoing medical treatment with antidepressants, sleeping pills or other sedatives, consult your doctor first before starting to take this food supplement.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
