Melissa and California Poppy help with relaxation and improving sleep quality.

Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. The beneficial effect of melatonin is achieved by taking a minimum of 1 mg before going to bed.

How to Use

Recommended daily intake
From 15 years old.
Chew between 1 and 2 gummies a day, 1 hour before going to bed.
