Epitact created a protection for hallux valgus (bunions) that includes an Epithelium 26 gel insert, which allows to limit pressure and friction at the "bunion" level. In this way, pain relief occurs and callus formation is avoided.

Description

Do you have bunions? Although the deformation is not too marked, wearing shoes quickly becomes painful. The conflict with the shoes creates pain on the bone growth and the callus appears due to excessive pressure and friction. It is therefore necessary to place an interface between the shoes and the bunion that allows the loads to be distributed and to relieve pain. That's what Epithelium 26 silicone gel, present in the protection against hallux valgus EPITACT, does.

How to Use

The protector can be used interchangeably on the right or left foot.
For greater comfort, place it directly in contact with the skin (except if there is an unprotected wound).
Place the foot on the Bunion Protector, fitting it between the big toe and the second finger. The Epithelium 26 gel module must be correctly positioned in the bunion area (Hallux Valgus).
For better conservation, use with “leotard” or socks on top.

39% silicone, 61% polyamide / elastane fabric.
