The BCAA Powder formula combines branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) in a 4:1:1 ratio (Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine) with Glutamine. The combination of BCAAs and Glutamine makes it possible to obtain a formula that boosts protein synthesis, promotes better muscle recovery after exercise and prevents chronic fatigue.

Muscle RecoveryIn addition to the 3 branched-chain amino acids (Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine), which play an important role in reducing muscle damage, it also has glutamine, another amino acid that helps prevent muscle catabolism while protecting immune and intestinal health . As if this combination of 4 amino acids wasn't enough, this product has twice as much leucine (4:1:1), and this amino acid plays a key role in gaining muscle mass.

As amino acids are found in isolated form, they are the best option to take during training, because they do not involve a great deal of digestion and can be taken even during the most intense workouts.

Ideal for:

- Promote protein synthesis and muscle mass gains;
- Anti-catabolic action;
- Prevent mental fatigue that occurs during prolonged exercise;
- Accelerate glycogen replacement and muscle recovery after the effort;

As an alternative to protein shakes: Take one serving, two level measures (10 g) diluted in 300 ml of water before training and one serving, two level measures (10 g) diluted in 300 ml of water after training.

As an intra-workout: Take one serving, two scoops diluted in 500 ml of water to drink in small sips during training.

As an alternative to a lactose-free recovery drink: Take one serving, two scoops diluted in 500 ml of Goldrink isotonic drink, to drink at the end of your workout.

As a recovery drink for less intense workouts: Take one serving, two scoops diluted in 500ml of water to drink at the end of your workout. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
