Take 2 capsules per hour, in addition to your hydration drink, in events/trainings lasting longer than 2-3 hours or in very hot conditions. You can take up to 3 doses a day.

Sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate, magnesium carbonate, coating agent (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose E464), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose E460i), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate E470b).
