Fill the measuring cup up to the marked line (15 ml) and swish, without diluting, two or three times a day, for 30 to 60 seconds.
The mouthwash should come into contact with all surfaces in the mouth, especially under the tongue. Do not rinse after use. Do not ingest.
Do not eat.
