Gentle Iron Complex from Nature's Bounty® with Vitamins B12 and C is a food supplement in capsule form, designed to maintain energy levels and reduce fatigue.

Contains Vitamin C, which increases the absorption of iron and Vitamin B12. Iron, vitamin B12 and vitamin C contribute to a normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Folate contributes to normal blood formation. Vitamin C increases iron absorption.

Take 1 capsule per day, preferably with meals. You should not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, cross-linked cellulose gum, calcium phosphate, mannitol), iron (ferrous bisglycinate), coating agents (gelatin (bovine)), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), anti-caking agents (magnesic stearate, dioxide silicon), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
