1º Open the jar and heat in a water bath or in the microwave, without the lid.2º Stir with a spoon to achieve a uniform temperature in all the food.3º Check the temperature before giving it to the baby. 24 hours in the refrigerator. Do not add salt. Keep out of the sun.
