How to Use

Suitable for children from 6 years and adults: two to three sprays in each nostril up to 6 times a day. Detailed Instructions:1. Blow your nose.2. Shake the bottle before use.3. Remove the protective spray cap.4. Before using for the first time, activate the nebulizer by pressing the applicator a few times until a homogeneous spray is produced. Be careful not to spray in eyes and mouth.5. Hold the bottle vertically by supporting the base with your thumb and the nasal applicator between two fingers.6. Tilt your head forward slightly, and insert the applicator into the nostril.7. Spray while breathing, breathing in gently through the nose at the same time.8. Repeat in the other nostril.9. Let the product act for a few minutes. Do not blow your nose during this time, but clean if necessary.10. Then blow your nose if necessary.
