It is used from the first weeks of pregnancy until 30 to 45 days after delivery:
• Belly: place the cream in your hand and massage gently in a circular motion around the navel, clockwise.
• Breasts: spread the cream between the armpits and the sternum gently.
• Thighs, hips and buttocks: apply the cream from bottom to top firmly.
