Contains thiamine and biotin that help normal energy-yielding metabolism. With riboflavin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, niacin, pantothenic acid and iron, which contribute to reducing tiredness and fatigue.

With vitamin C, selenium and zinc, which contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.

Skin, hair and nail health
With vitamin A and biotin, which contribute to the maintenance of normal skin.

How to Use

RECOMMENDED USE:
Take 1 tablet daily, with food and liquids.

The tablet can be swallowed whole or divided into two halves if necessary.

You can take it for long periods to help complement your diet.
