2 capsules a day, immediately after the main meals.
500 mg of L-Cystine, 10 mg of L-Glutathione, 7 mg of Iron, 1 mg of Copper, 7.5 mg of Zinc, Vitamins B5 and B6.

Precautions: Do not take if you are allergic to any of the constituents of the supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Contains Iron; Iron in excessive doses is harmful, particularly in children. Taking antibiotics (tetracyclines and quinolones) should be as far away as possible from taking zinc and iron supplements.
