1. Open the wrist and thumb strap. Insert your hand into the cuff and your thumb into the cuff opening. 2. Wrap the wrist band around the wrist and secure it to the base of the wrist. Adjust until you feel firm and comfortable. 3. Wrap and secure the thumb band around the thumb for a better fit, or along the base of the thumb for stability.
