How to Use

1. Loosen the armrest strap. Insert the arm into the support with the shoulder firmly in the corner. 2. Pass the band behind your back and over the opposite shoulder. Attach the band to the holder. Let the arm rest. 3. Insert your thumb into the wing. Place the padded part over your shoulder for added comfort. To remove, simply slide the strap over your head.
