In the difficulty of falling asleep, Melatonin helps to reduce the time needed to fall asleep. This beneficial effect is achieved with a daily dose of 1 mg of melatonin at bedtime. A daily dose of Serenum Tecnilor provides the amount needed to produce the claimed beneficial effects for Melatonin.

How to Use

Directions: 1 tablet before bedtime. Recommendations and precautions: The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded, unless medically indicated. The product should not be used in the case of hypersensitivity, allergy and when interactions of any other product with one of the constituents of the formulation are described.
